OpenSanctions provides open, structured data derived from public and regulatory sources. NexScreening uses such data as part of a broader aggregation and screening framework.

Important clarifications:

  • NexScreening does not redistribute raw OpenSanctions datasets
  • NexScreening does not claim ownership of OpenSanctions data
  • OpenSanctions does not endorse, certify, or approve NexScreening
  • NexScreening independently integrates, processes, and contextualizes data

Attribution is provided in accordance with open-data licensing requirements.

5. No Endorsement or Partnership

References to third-party data sources, including OpenSanctions, do not imply:

  • partnership
  • sponsorship
  • certification
  • endorsement
  • validation of services

All third-party names and references are used solely for attribution and transparency purposes.
