By Presidential Decree No. 412 of 23 April 2023, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin established the group Almaz Antey, which has become one of the largest holdings of the Russian military-industrial complex. JSC Scientific and Production Association Moscow Radio Engineering Plant (JSC NPO MRTZ) is part of that holding. The main products of JSC NPO MRTZ are components for the illumination and guidance radars of air defence systems, command posts of the air defence systems, components of the launch systems, electronic warfare and mobile repair bases. Many of the products are used in the war of aggression against Ukraine. Thus, NPO MRTZ is supporting materially actions which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.
