This vessel's identity was spoofed by the "Chil Bo San" (IMO: 8711021) in 2023.
Tanker ship involved in deliveries of refined petroleum to the DPRK and suspected of a ship-to-ship transfer with the "Silver Star 1" (IMO: 9146247) in February 2020. Associated with Taiwanese businessman Shih-Hsien Chen.
In Annex 6 (p. 90) of the UN Panel of Experts March 2019 report, the Panel erroneously assigns the IMO 8711021, ownership by Shih-Shien Chen and former name "Sun Crown" to the "Billions No. 18". Spoofed its identity in 2023.
