Order Particulars: SEBI, now vide its order no. WTM/RKA/EFD-DRA-II/43/2015 dated May 13, 2015 has confirmed the restrain on the following entities for a period of 5 years. The period of prohibition already undergone by the notices pursuant to the interim order dated February 02, 2011, shall be taken into account for the purpose of computing the period of prohibition imposed in this order.
