WTM/RKA/EFD/DRA II/77/2016 dated June 29, 2016 has restrained and prohibited Parsoli Corporation Limited from accessing the securities market and from buying, selling or dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, in whatsoever manner, till it obtains SCORES authentication in terms of the SEBI circular dated August 13, 2012 and resolves all the investor grievances pending against it.

Order Particulars: SEBI vide its order dated February 20, 2009 has restrained Parsoli Corporation Limited, its whole time directors namely Mr. Zafar Sareshwala and Mr Uves Sareshwala and its associates/group companies from accessing the securities market, till further orders. They are also prohibited from buying, selling or dealing in securities in any manner directly or indirectly, till further orders.
