The Al-Muhandis Company was established by the "Popular Mobilization Forces" organization in Iraq and serves as the economic company of the Shi'ite militias in Iraq, which are affiliated with the designated terrorist organizations Quds Force and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps. The Al-Muhandis Company facilitates the conduct of business, anonymization of investments and money laundering, among other means, through the buying and selling of industrial equipment, agriculture and construction and electrical contracting. This business activity is carried out with the involvement of additional Iraqi companies: 'Al-Zalal Ltd.' and 'Al-Ferdous'. Beyond these companies, Baladna Agricultural Investments serves as a commercial front for the Al-Muhandis Company.
