As a subsidiary of the Ministry of Defence, it is also associated with a designated entity. Subsidiary of the Syrian Ministry of Defence, which has been designated by the Council. It is therefore responsible for the violent repression of the Syrian population. OTI is involved in the production of chemical weapons for the former al-Assad regime.
