The Secretary of State considers that there are reasonable grounds to suspect that Ali Aliakbar ANSARI is an involved person under The Iran (Sanctions) Regulations 2023 on the basis of the following ground: ANSARI has facilitated and provided support to hostile activity by the Government of Iran, namely providing economic resources to the IRGC and individuals who have undertaken activity which is intended to cause the destabilisation of the United Kingdom or any other country.
