Anastasia Ignatova est la belle-fille de Sergei Chemezov, qui est le PDG de la société d’État russe Rostec (société d’État en charge de la promotion du développement, de la production et de l’exportation de produits de haute technologie). En tant que belle-fille de Sergei Chemezov, elle détient d’importants actifs et a reçu d’autres avantage en lien avec lui, aussi par l’intermédiaire de sociétés offshore. Anastasia Ignatova pourrait continuer d’être la propriétaire du yacht de 85 mètres “Valerie”, d’une valeur de 140 millions de dollars US (plus de 10 milliards de roubles), par l’intermédiaire d’une entreprise des Îles Vierges britanniques dénommée Delima Services Limited, compte tenu d’une vente possiblement fictive. En outre, elle est la bénéficiaire de sociétés offshore disposant de centaines de millions de dollars d’actifs. Anastasia Ignatova est membre de la famille proche de Sergei Chemezov, et une personne physique qui tire avantage de lui.

Anastasiya Mikhailovna IGNATOVA (hereafter Anastasiya IGNATOVA) is the step-daughter of prominent Russian oligarch Sergey CHEMEZOV, with whom she is closely associated and from whom she has obtained a financial benefit or other material benefit. Sergey CHEMEZOV is one of President Putin's known close associates, both were KGB officers posted in Dresden and he is a member of the Supreme Council of ‘United Russia’. He is benefiting from his links with the Russian President by being promoted to senior positions in State-controlled firms. He chairs the Rostec conglomerate, the leading Russian state-controlled defence and industrial manufacturing corporation. Further to a decision of the Russian government, Technopromexport, a subsidiary of Rostec, has built energy plants in Crimea thereby supporting its integration into the Russian Federation. Furthermore, Rosobornexport a subsidiary of Rostec, has supported the integration of Crimean defence companies into Russia’s defence industry, thereby consolidating the illegal annexation of Crimea into the Russian Federation. The trust services sanctions were imposed on 21/03/2023.
