PJSC UTAIR (UTAIR) est une compagnie aérienne civile russe. Depuis le début de l’agression russe contre l’Ukraine UTAIR – un contractant du ministère russe de la défense – fournit un soutien logistique aux forces armées russes, notamment en transportant du personnel militaire affecté à la zone de combat, en effectuant des vols à l’intérieur de l’Ukraine occupée par la Russie et en établissant un système spécial de vente de billets avec le ministère russe de la défense.
