Asset freeze, travel ban, trust services sanctions and director disqualification sanction

The individual is an involved person under the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulation 2019 on the basis that they have been, and are, involved in destabilising Ukraine and undermining and threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. In particular, the individual is engaging in actions which destabilise Ukraine and which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine by participating in the illegal separatist ‘Government of the Luhansk People’s Republic’ within the territory of Ukraine. The trust services sanctions were imposed on 21/03/2023.
