For the problem of farmer's, and for justice called by Late Prime Minister Chaudhary Charan Singh for Bagpath Kaand, during the Emergency in the year 1975 and has been detained District jail as well as Aadarsh Karagaar near Lucknow near about 14 months detained under D.I.R. Act, In this way I have been detained near about 50 times into the jail mentioned above. 9 times MLA 6 times minister ( 4 times Cabinet and 2 times state minister).
