Russian Minister of transport

Vitaly Savelyev is Deputy Prime Minister of Russia for Transport, previously having held the position of Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Russian Railways, appointed to that position by the Government of the Russian Federation, and is currently also the chairman of the Board. He is the former CEO of Aeroflot. Therefore, he is responsible for actively supporting or implementing actions or policies which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, as well as stability and security in Ukraine. In October 2021, Russia started an unprecedented military build-up on or near the Ukrainian border and within Ukraine’s occupied Crimea region. Russian Armed Forces conducted mass-scale military exercises there. This led to the escalation of the conflict and put destabilising pressure on Ukraine. Both military personnel and military equipment of the Russian Armed Forces were transported to the areas near the Ukrainian border by the Russian Railways, of which Mr Savelyev is a member of the Board of Directors. Aeroflot under Mr Savelyev’s leadership provided regular passenger air transportation between Russian airports and Simferopol international airport, and therefore supported the consolidation of the illegally annexed Crimean peninsula into the Russian Federation, which in turn further undermined the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Minister for Transport of the Russian Federation

Member of the State Duma of the Russian Federation of the 8th and 9th convocations. This state body is responsible for political and legal support of the aggressive war against Ukraine.

Member of the Board of Directors of PJSC Russian Railways (PAO RZhD) Member of the Management Board of PJSC Aeroflot Former Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation. Managed a state body of the Russian Federation, which supported or implemented actions or policies that undermined or threatened the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Former Russian Minister of Transport, former head of Aeroflot. Bought advertising from the Simonyan-Keosayan program.

Member of the Supreme Council of the United Russia party. United Russia forms and implements Vladimir Putin's policy of aggression against territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.
