Took part in Padyatra from Mumbai to Amritsar for peace and harmony, 1987; and in peace march from Hiroshima to Nagasaki, Japan; participated in an expedition through the SAARC countries with her father; worked with the riot affected families during the Mumbai riots; worked and provided relief to the families affected by recent floods in Mumbai; worked with Spastic Society of India in promoting inclusion of children with disability in regular schools; and working towards accessibility for the disabled and trying to create public awareness on the same; Member, (i) Board of Governors, National Institute of Fashion Technology; (ii) General Assembly and Governing Body,ICCR for 3 years (05.10.2009); and (iii) Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan for three years.
