This state body is responsible for the political and legal support of the aggressive war against Ukraine. Former Secretary of the Sakhalin regional branch of the United Russia party. United Russia forms and implements Vladimir Putin's policy of aggression against territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. Former Chairman of the Sakhalin Oblast Duma (head of the regional parliament). Actively supported Russia's aggressive war against Ukraine and the Russian authoritarian political regime.
