The Secretary of State considers that there are reasonable grounds to suspect that FARHAD ZARRINGHALAM is an involved person under The Iran (Sanctions) Regulations 2023 on the basis of the following ground: FARHAD ZARRINGHALAM is associated with persons who have been involved in activity which is intended to cause the destabilisation of the United Kingdom or any other country, by obtaining a financial benefit or other material benefit from those persons.
