Ali Hussein Badr Al Din AL-HOUTHI, in his role as Houthi Undersecretary of the Interior and commander of the Houthi security / police forces, and as a senior member of the Al-Houthi family and the Ansar Allah (‘the Houthis’) group, is or has been involved in acts which threaten the peace, security or stability of Yemen, namely providing support for or promoting attacks against shipping in the Red Sea.
