Order Particulars: SEBI vide its order no. WTM/RKA/IVD-9/13 /2014 dated March 27, 2013 (received on March 28, 2014) has restrained SVS Securities Pvt. Ltd. from accessing the securities market and also prohibited it from buying, selling, and otherwise dealing in securities market, directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever, for a period of one year from the date of coming into effect of this order. This order shall come into force immediately on expiry of twenty one days from the date of this order. SAT, vide its order dated April 15, 2014 (copy attached), has continued the stay granted by the Whole Time Member of SEBI in its order dated March 28, 2014 till the next date of hearing which is on June 16, 2014.
