Order Particulars: SEBI vide its order no. WTM/SR/IVD/ID-2/04/05/2013 dated May 15, 2013 has restrained Dipti Kirit Parekh (PAN - ACGPP6952J) from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, for a period of two years from the date of this order. This is with reference to NSE circular no. NSE/INVG/23422 dated May 15, 2013 referring to SEBI ad interim ex-parte order no. WTM/SR/IVD/ID-2/04/05/2013 dated May 15, 2013. SEBI now, vide its order no. WTM/SR/IVD/ID-2/12/04/2014 dated April 11, 2014 (copy attached) has hereby restrained Dipti Kirit Parekh (Pan No.: ACGPP6952J) from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, for a period of two years. Further, SEBI has also stated that the period of prohibition already undergone pursuant to the SEBI Order dated May 15, 2013, shall be taken into account for the purpose of computing the period of prohibition imposed vide this order.
