Jhaveri [PAN: ADAPJ5993J], M/s V&S Intermediaries [Prop: Saumil Bhavnagari (PAN: ABMPB3581C)], Mr. Mangeram S. Sharma,[PAN: AAQPS0917G], Mr. Dilip C. Jain and Tejas Ghelani from buying, selling or dealing in the securities market whatsoever or accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly, for a period of two years from the date the order. As per the order, the respective trading members are permitted to square off the existing open positions of the above persons/entities if any, at the earliest in the Futures and Options segment. This order shall come into force with immediate effect
