Order Particulars: SEBI vide its ad interim exparte order no. This Order shall come into force with immediate effect and shall remain in force until further orders. SEBI, now vide its order no. WTM/RKA/MIRSD-5/58/2014 dated June 09, 2014 (copy attached) has confirmed the directions issued in respect of Mrs. Reena Bansal vide ad interim ex-parte order dated April 21, 2011. SEBI, now vide its order no. WTM/SR/EFD/DRA II/ 83 /04/2015 dated April 22, 2015 has restrained Mrs. Reena Bansal (PAN: AHRPB9035G) from buying, selling or dealing in securities market whatsoever or accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly, for a period of 5 years from the date of this order.
