Order Particulars: This is with reference to NSE Circular No. NSE/INVG/27214 dated July 25, 2014 referring to SEBI Order No. WTM/PS/24/ISD/JULY/2014 dated July 24, 2014 wherin it inter alia directed Mr. Hemant R. Patel, Hemant Patel (HUF), Ms. Priyanka Singhvi and Ms. Anita Ravichandran to disgorge the unlawful gain along with interest within period of 45 days from the date of order, failing which they shall be restrained from accessing or buying, selling or otherwise dealing in the securities market in any manner whatsoever, for a further period of 5 years. SEBI vide its email dated September 08, 2014 has stated that the said clients have not complied with the directions as mentioned in the order.
