Order Particulars: SEBI has now vide its order no. WTM/SR/IVD/ID-4/71/09/2014 dated September 24, 2014 has issued the following directions – a) Acme Craft Pvt. Ltd. (PAN: AAECA8833C) is restrained from accessing the securities market and further prohibited from buying, selling or dealing in securities market, directly or indirectly, for a period of eight years. The period of prohibition already undergone by Acme Craft P. Ltd pursuant to the SEBI's ad interim ex parte Order dated June 4, 2009 shall be taken into account for the purpose of computing the eight years of prohibition imposed in the Order. b) Directors of Acme Craft P. Ltd., Mr. Jigar Jagdish Pandya (PAN: AFDPP5295C) and Mr. Akash Ganachari (PAN: AHIPG4734C) are restrained from accessing the securities market and further prohibited from buying, selling or dealing in securities market, directly or indirectly, for a period of three years from the date of this Order
