Order Particulars: SEBI vide its order WTM/GA/147/ISD/2/07 Dated February 22, 2007, has prohibited certain entities from buying, selling or dealing in securities of Atlanta Ltd, directly or indirectly, till further directions in this regard. SEBI vide its order WTM/GA/28/ISD/09/07 dated September 27, 2007, has confirmed the above order dated 22-Feb-07 excepting for certain modifications in Para 4.2 of the Ad-interim Order in so far as they relate to the promoters as listed at Sr. 1 to 6 of the Para 4.2 of the Ad-interim Order, would continue except for credit of shares to their account (demat or physical). SEBI, has vide its order no.WTM/KMA/04/ISD/09/08 & WTM/KMA/05/ISD/09/08 dated September 17, 2008, revoked its ex-parte interim order dated February 22, 2007 against the following entities, (which had directed them not to buy, sell or deal in securities of Atlanta Ltd. till further order) – 1. Shri Rajhoo Bbarot 2. Shri Rikiin R Bbarot 3. Smt Bhavana R Bbarot 4. Smt Ridhima M Doshi and Others
