9-Prohibition of hunting 27-Restriction on entry in sanctuary 29-in sanctuary prohibited without a permit. 39-Wild animal, carcasses, trophies, and weapon used in hunting as Government Property, requiring them to be surrendered within 48 hours. 48a-Restricts the transportation of wildlife (animals, animal articles, or trophies) without valid authorization. 49b-Prihibits dealing in trophies, animal articles etc. 50-empowers authorized officers to enter, search,, seize, and arrest without a warrant, but does not itself define punishment. 51-Offences involving Schedule I/Part II of Schedule II animals or protected areas. 52-Attempts and Abetment 57of Wildlife Protection Act 1972-involving illegal possession, custody. or control of captive animals, animal articles, meat, trophies, uncured trophies, or specified plants, it is presumed they are in unlawful possession until they prove otherwise.
