The UN Panel of Experts confirmed that the Korea Mining Development Trading Corporation (KOMID) supplied key components for a munitions factory built by Mansudae in Namibia, using North Korean laborers. Construction continued until at least 2014. Namibia acknowledged the involvement of KOMID and Mansudae, stating the project began in 2010 and was halted in April 2015.
