In Paragraph 143 (p. 55) of the UN Panel of Experts March 2018 report, the entity's name is spelled as "Naegeumgang" and marked with "(sic)", indicating an error in the source. In Paragraph 91 (p. 41) and Annex 44 (p. 266) of the UN Panel of Experts March 2021 report, the entity's name is spelled "Haekungaan" based on an error in a correspondence between the UN Panel of Experts and a UN Member State.
