Russian authorities state: "The DPRK former founder of the company left the Russian Federation in the 2019-2020 period and was subsequently removed from ownership of the company. There is no information on the profit made by the DPRK citizen from the activities of the company. No other facts were found regarding possible violations of the DPRK UN sanctions regime." According to a media report, Bugan, OOO posted an advertisement to hire DPRK construction workers in 2023; advertisement was later removed.
