Summary
The UN Panel of Experts investigated Li Xianzhu for his alleged involvement with KNIC (Korean National Insurance Company) in developing business opportunities, attempting to collect money, and facilitating financial transfers to KNIC's headquarters between 2020 and 2022. China responded that there was no evidence of New Elements Holdings Co. Ltd, associated with Li Xianzhu, violating UN Security Council resolutions and mentioned the inability to verify Li Xianzhu's situation due to incomplete information. BK & Associes stated it represented KNIC in a court case for a debt collection of 570,000 euros, winning a judgment in March 2019 and continuing efforts to enforce this judgment and collect a portion of the claim for KNIC.
