In October 2013, Mr. Ju appeared in Panama as Manager of the Sales and Purchase Department of OMM, acting for the Chongchongang Shipping Co Ltd (KPe.022) in connection with the release of the vessel "Chong Chon Gang" (IMO: 7937317) from its detention.
